Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping provider.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

Returns
Customers within the EU are entitled to a 14-day return period after receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and unworn, except for trying on
Unwashed and in original condition
Returned with original packaging and tags

If a returned item shows signs of wear, damage, washing, or use beyond what is necessary to try on the item, AURÉS reserves the right to reduce the refund according to the condition and loss of value of the item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

Once your return has been requested, we ask that you send the package within 5 business days.

Returns must be sent with PostNord Home Delivery to the private return address provided by AURÉS. Please do not send returns to a parcel shop or pickup point.

We recommend using tracked shipping and keeping your receipt until your return has been processed.
